2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

When you visit our website, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file and data volume, referrer URL, browser and operating system.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free provision of the website. The data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes.

3. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognizable by “https://” in your browser's address bar.

4. No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, marketing or tracking services. We do not use local or session storage either: the short intro animation on the home page only appears when you arrive from outside the website and works without storing anything on your device.

5. Project inquiry and email

If you contact us via the project inquiry form or by email, we process your details to handle your inquiry and any follow-up questions: name, organization, country, email address and project description, plus optional position, phone number, type of organization, topics, project stage and timeframe. Form submissions are forwarded by email to our mailbox.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling inquiries effectively (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not share this data without your consent and retain it until the purpose no longer applies. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

6. External links

On our contact page we link to Google Maps for directions. Data is only transferred to Google when you click the link; Google's privacy policy then applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)).
